The Juggler

March’s theme is juggling all the hats and I am so excited to be having Karen Murray back at the Southampton club.

Karen is a speaker and coach from Oak Growth Consultancy with 7 years’ experience working with business owners to increase their profits and have a life and business that makes them want to seize the day, every day.  And she is extremely modest as she also had year of experience in business long before she became self employed herself.

Karen uses what she has learned to ensure that the vision for your business is grounded in actionable steps and methodical implementation.   Using a blend of coaching, mindset mastery, practical advice and guidance she ensures that, as a business owner, you are not just thinking big, but are turning your thoughts and ideas into reality.

Her personal mantra is to keep things ‘simple but significant’.

Of herself she says “Being a bear of very little brain, simplicity works for me and I find it works well for my clients too!  Business ownership can be a lonely place but it is “so much more friendly with two” and I am so privileged that people have the courage to share their business journey with me.”

Yes, she really is a huge fan of Winnie-the-Pooh.  In addition she is a Mum to Matt, a lover of food and cooking and crazy owner of a naughty beagle, Scooter.   Between her and her partner, Chris, they have 3 children, 3 dogs and 2 boats – keeping things simple is key.

“Karen Murray is a quite brilliant and insightful coach. She has a stunning combination of empathy and business smarts, that means she can quickly identify what’s causing the problem, create an effective solution and inspire people to make fast and effective change. Personally I have benefitted hugely from her work. Whenever I have referred people to work with her the feedback has always been outstanding.”

Russell Boulter,

This will be a talk that will inspire you and it is very likely to touch your heart too. I can still feel the joy her talk evoked in me last time.  Please do join the Southampton women and discover how to best support yourself to juggle more effectively.

Sheryl now runs retreats that encourage you to really listen to what you need to work, learn and live at your best with others and the confidence to ask for those needs to be met.
