Meet the Tribe Boss

A Northerner still at heart, Roo is now well and truly settled in the South. She lives in Chinnor, with her husband, three children and Labrador. Roo became a Life and Business Coach after a series of events left her feeling like the rug had been pulled from under her. Key areas of her life had changed which led to a period of uncertainty. Over time she shaped her next chapter which saw her leave a 15 year career in marketing and retrain as a coach.

Roo is passionate about helping empower people thrive rather than simply survive, working with clients on a one to one basis as well as hosting workshops to help people create a life that they love. She feels privileged to be invited along onto her client’s journeys where together they explore their situation, their aspirations, where they want to get to and ultimately help them get there.

"Networking events that I’ve attended in the past have opened up so many new doors and opportunities through the people I’ve met, so I always remind my guests that and to make new connections on the night. " - Rachel Chan
