Taking back control and managing the challenge of work, life balance.

With the current situation surrounding us around Covid 19, this months theme has been extremely relevant for us all in reflection our of lives, perhaps readdressing priorities or making sure we can spin all our many plates.

At Cheltenham Tribe night this month, our presenter Clair shared with us how she has transformed her productivity and focus to encourage more balance in her life. Clair gave us some brilliant practical tips and hints which were not complicated but took practice and consistency. Since introducing new routines Clair, honest in the fact that she continues to work on finding her balance, has seen significant improvement in her wellbeing at work and personally since introducing new processes.

Clair who works in the prison service, is a mother, wife and Norwex consultant.  Norwex are a revolutionary Norwegian company who are creating cleaning products with focus on reducing the use of harmful chemicals to clean homes. More information via Clair’s website or Facebook group. I’d highly recommend Clair as a speaker, very inspiring!

The common theme that came from our conversation as a group, was the need to start somewhere even small changes introduced to your daily routines made a difference and not to feel guilty if you took a break – if you want a power nap or to go for a cup of tea with a friend then just block it in your diary and do it!
