Your Speaker - Sheryl Andrews

Sheryl is known for her humorous and engaging talks that touch on the subjects that many of us think about but rarely find the right time or person to talk about. As the author of” Manage your critic – From overwhelm to Clarity in 7 Steps” and soon to be published “Do, Delegate or Ditch – Making sense of why you say one thing and do another”, Sheryl openly shares her own journey and the journey of her clients to demonstrate how changing the way you listen to and act on feedback can transform your relationship with yourself, time and life itself.

A Manager and motivator of others for almost 30 years she hit rock bottom in 2012 when she was too scared to ask for help for fear of being judged. She now dedicates her time to raising awareness of the different kinds of support available so that no one is left feeling isolated and alone and we are all better resourced to support each other to turn overwhelm and frustration into clarity and confidence. Sometimes all you need is a good listening too.
