Our second book, explores the trails and tribulations that women still face in the workplace today. The chapters in the book focus on different areas that may be the causes for divide in the workplace and how women can overcome these challenges. 

Following the theme from last month’s book, The Glass Wall, looks to encourage women in the work place by providing success strategies to help them break down these glass walls and bring change into the workplace. 

Sue Unerman & Kathryn Jacob have written an insightful book, which is especially important in this day and age, as the book encourages women to use their voice to help them create and design their career and life.
