Meet the Tribe Boss 

Ashley began her own business The Lash Lounge as a mobile beauty business in 2011 when she was 19. In 2013 she took a huge leap and moved into a permanent premises and now employs 10 staff members. She is the Official LashBase trainer for Newcastle and is about to launch her new training academy taking on the premises next door. Ashley has won multiple awards including best lash technician 2018 and has also worked with numerous charities.

She is excited to connect with local business women and aspiring business women and would love to collaborate with other local businesses.
