Woman in Law Award

Gryphon Black provides advice and support on employment law and the practice of workplace relations and is proudly sponsoring this year's Woman in Law Award.

Underpinning the success of any business is its people. Managing workplace issues, such as nurturing diversity, protecting dignity at work, overseeing equality of treatment, and incentivising staff are all essential. Employment relations are complex, and if not managed well risk workplace disputes. We work exclusively as lawyers practising in employment law. Our clients are employers and employees. We provide employers with day-to-day HR support through to advice on contentious disputes. Employees receive beneficial support when faced with a workplace issue.

Our talent has the very best legal thinking, clear communication without the legalese, which empowers our clients to make informed decisions tailored to best interests.
