Meet the Tribe Leader

Steph - Women's Business Club - Tribe LeaderSteph is the founder of Ellipsis Land and Planning, a residential development consultancy that offers a bespoke service to some of the largest developers in the UK. Before setting up Ellipsis in 2015, Steph worked for Taylor Wimpey, breaking new ground by becoming their first female Technical Director in the UK. Steph realised that her dream job was to run large scale development projects. Always striving for that next promotion and that next step, Steph realised that the best way to make her dream job happen was to go out and create it – so Ellipsis was born!
